"Taipei Game Show", organized by the Taipei Computer Association, is the most famous complex game and digital content industries trade event since 2003. It focuses not only for online and console PC games with "Made In Taiwan" brand, but also several gaming competitions since arcade games (e.g. "REFLEC BEAT", "Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion", "Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Arcade") joined this event last year.
To strengthen digital content and gaming industry in Taiwan, the Game Industry Promotion Alliance (GIPA) was founded in 2006 to serve as the communication bridge between the government and the game industry. In 2008, The B2B service of Taipei Game Show is firmly established for collaborating opportunities with international counterparts.
To raise up the international state in the Asia-Pacific digital content industry, the Taipei Game Show will be moved to TWTC Nangang, in which the COMPUTEX Taipei, SecuTech Expo, and several famous TAITRA Taipei Trade Shows are currently located.
The overseas registration will be ended before the Opening Day of the Taipei Game Show 2012.
